We retain emails coming from requests for two years, after which they are securely archived and kept for five years, after which we delete them. CRM records are kept for three years from the last contact with you.
2.3. When you purchase a product from our website
When you buy products from our website, we will request the following information:

bank and IBAN code for bank transfer payment.
We also record your IP (Internet Protocol) address, which is your computer’s address on the internet.
We will use your information to process your order and send you the requested products. Additionally, we will send you an invoice via email and may use your phone number to contact you regarding your purchase.
We collect this information to process the payment, deliver the products or services, and fulfill your request.
Your information is stored on our website and our cloud server, both based in Romania. Details of your credit card are collected directly by the payment processor based in Romania. We do not collect and do not store information about your credit card.
We do not use the information provided by you to make automated decisions that could affect you.
We retain your order-related information for a period of 5 or 10 years, in accordance with legal provisions.
3. Your rights as a data subject
You can inquire about the information we have about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. If we have asked for your consent to process personal data, you can withdraw this consent at any time.
If we process your personal data to fulfill a contract or based on consent, you can ask us to provide you with a copy of the information in a readable format so that you can transfer it to another provider.
If we process your personal data based on consent or legitimate interest, you can request the deletion of your data.
You have the right to ask us not to use your information for a period of time if you believe that we are not doing so legally.
Finally, in certain circumstances, you can ask us not to make decisions that affect you using your automated processing or profiling.
